The last listed book 'The Manual of Seed Saving' Andrea Heistinger is not US (the one listed is the translation into English). It is written in collaboration with Arche Noah and Pro Specie Rara, which are the Austrian and Swiss Heritage Seed Libraries respectively.
The original title of this book is:
Handbuch Samengärtnerei. Sorten erhalten. Vielfalt vermehren. Gemüse genießen

Thanks Galina, that's exactly what it says on the inner sleeve of my book too. Not sure what I was looking at, probably more than one book at the same time!
