Here's one I'm really looking forward to growing this year, little seedlings are just starting to show through. A French heritage variety, which is harvested green or when the long bulbs have formed, the taste is meant to be sweet and not strong. They seem to be sown both spring and late summer time to give year around harvesting. They also replant bulbs in teh autumn and harvest the onion 'greens' , or it may be that the bulbs split? Either way they sound good and I can't wait to see how they take to living in Wales!
