  • Ebisu Squash

These are a lovely variety of Kabocha squash, my seeds came from Irish Seed Savers a few years ago and I believe they received them from a visiting Japanese conservationist. Ebisu does well here and is really gorgeous tasting.

I think I have one selfed fruit, hopefully with seeds!
    Some fruits so far,

They tasted very good, though didn't store as well as I had hoped for, I'm growing some similar types this year as they are just so delicious. I'm not sure I ever got seeds, I'll have to go and have a rummage.
