Another useful perennial and self seeding. The leaves can be used for most of the year, although they are quite strong tasting, even bitter later in the year. The broccoli like flower shoots are delicious. And in spring the leaves are very much milder and suitable for salads, although I still prefer them cooked when they lose their hairiness.
